Role: Lead Designer
VMLY&R were pitching for the Braun digital business. The aim of the new website was to reconnect with a younger audience and bring back the design principles the company had under the direction of Dieter Rams. Some of these were incorporated in the site design through the use of the simple geometric shapes that Rams used in many of his iconic Braun products. I led the design of the website for the pitch focusing on the electric shavers pages. The site needed a simplified and cleaner approach that used a bold colour palette alongside the geometric shapes created by Dieter Rams.
